New second floor bathroom: Update.
The demolition, including chimney and wall removal has taken place. In the early stages of framing.

Chimney removal: Now you don't. (after)
What you can't see in the photos is the main floor and basement portions of the chimney. Good times. The removed chimney will make room for a second floor laundry and a new on demand water heater.
