Most of the deck and columns are rotted to the point of being held together by only paint. We're tasked with replacing the majority of the front deck while ensuring that her vintage charms remain in tact. Droool!!
To spruce up the dressing rooms MINK (3814 SE Hawthorne) asked me to apply a fatty crown molding around the upper portion of the dividing walls. The molding is 4 1/2" thick and painted gold. Good fun.
Using the old chimney chase we installed a 7" x 9" laundry chute in the second floor linen closet. The chute is made from custom sized tin ducting, and drops through a custom cabinet void in the kitchen below. A coat of paint and she'll be done.
The homes existing trim work was mirrored using it's modern equivalent. A few dozen coats of paint from now . . . you won't notice a difference. Thanks to McCoy Millwork for the trim.
